You’ll begin with a warm herbal tea to support and rejuvenate body and soul. Then a guided meditation and sound bath, with spoken word, song, and the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, Tibetan bells, gong, and more.

What dreams are you bringing to life? What intentions are you cultivating? This is a time to nurture yourself, connect within, and realign with the cycles of nature.
